Foothill Transportation Corridor (Toll)
Runs from Oso Parkway near Rancho Santa Margarita to SR-91 in Santa Ana Canyon.

State 241 is one of the three toll freeways in the Orange County area. It was opened in segments from 1995 to 1998. Future plans call for an extension to I-5 south of San Clemente but these are very controversial. This freeway is very lightly traveled as well. It mostly serves the developments in the hills north of I-5.

SPUI (Single Point Urban Interchange) at Alton Parkway. The freeway is six lanes with room for additional lanes in the median here.
