
Ronald Reagan Freeway / Los Angeles Avenue
State 118 begins as a four lane conventional highway at the Santa Paula Freeway (126) in Saticoy. Soon after crossing the Santa Clara River, the road narrows to two-lanes. 118 remains as a two-lane road until Moorpark where it widens to four lanes. After passing through Moorpark, State 118 gets onto a freeway which then heads east to I-210. The freeway was completed in 1993. Other segments were built from 1968 to 1980.

Los Angeles Avenue a few miles east of the junction with State 34 (Lewis Road).

Freeway through Simi Valley. Constructed in 1968.

Beginning of the Santa Susana Pass grade near Kuehner Drive.

118 through the northern San Fernando Valley near Reseda Blvd.

Eastern end of 118 at I-210.
