Ridge Route - Tumble Inn
Tumble Inn was built in the 20's as a gas station and
hostel. Many people made this place a stopping point along this highway. As one can see,
this place was built by hand with native stones. The buildings were above the wall. On the
steps, as shown below, the name of this place has been carved.
This photo (below) shows the old concrete highway
winding down to the Tumble Inn from the south.
