New signs at the incomplete interchange - taken May 2000:

This sign was installed even though no pavement existed yet on the ramps. The ramp to
I-15 south wasn't even complete yet. As of 9/00, the 30 shield has been covered over.

Sign overlay as well as the sign itself were damaged in a wind storm. High winds are
fairly common here especially in winter months. Freeway construction has progressed to
Sierra Avenue as of September 2000.
April 1999:
Roadbed nearing completion near the future I-15/I-210 interchange. This
section of Highland Avenue no longer exists. It was removed in August 2000.
